How we deliver apprenticeships

Every Apprentice will be allocated a trainer/assessor who will support and train them throughout the apprenticeship journey. The trainer will become the first point of contact who will put in place an individual learning plan. This is bespoke to each learner considering the learners needs and capabilities. The trainer will lead on the training and liaise with the employer. Training can be held at our fully equipped centres. The trainer/assessor may also need to visit the apprentices workplace for assessments during the course of the apprenticeship programme.

End Point Assessment

End-point assessment widely known as the EPA,  is the final stage of an apprenticeship. It is an impartial assessment of weather the apprentice has developed the skills, knowledge and behaviors outlined in the apprenticeship standard.
