2 Week Course (15 Weeks If Running With Our Level 2) ┃

This course is designed for learners that would like an introduction into the hair and barbering sector. A great starting point and beginners course for all aspiring barbers and hairdressers. Everything needed on the course is provided. This is an NVQ qualification which covers a range of theory and practical elements:
Development of effective working
Health & Safety
Shampoo and Condition hair in a salon
Prepare for hair services
Maintain and prepare work areas
Assisting with hair colouring services
Plaiting and twisting styling techniques
Also great course for salon assistants and receptionists.
Further Progression
Upon completion for this course learners may progress onto a range of courses in Level 2 hairdressing, barbering, hairstylist and hair and makeup.

Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Hairdressing
13 Week Course (15 weeks If Running With Our Level 1 Course) ┃

A popular course aimed at people wanting to pursue a career as a hairdresser either in a salon, mobile or working from home. A combination of practical and theory knowledge based delivery is embedded in this course. Learners will learn the following elements:
Set, dress and style hair
Hair cutting using a range of methods
Hair colouring and bleaching
Advising and consulting clients
Professional shampooing, conditioning and treating the hair and scalp
Develop and main effectiveness at work
Hair styling using plaiting and twisting methods
Fulfil salon reception duties
Everything needed for use at the centre is provided. Early enrolment is recommended for this programme.
Further Progression
Upon completion for this course learners may progress onto a range of courses in barbering, Media makeup, Level 3 hairdressing and many more.
